Why Our Family Reunions Should Continue...
Our first family reunion was held in Washington DC in August of 1970 at Rock Creek Park, establishing a tradition that continued for years. Although the years have passed swiftly, our reunions have provided a time of family bonding, good food, lots of fun, and rewarding memories for us to treasure.
Together we have shared joys and sorrows. Many of us have proudly watched new generations growing into adulthood. We have also kost many dear family members along the way, but we continue. We set aside one weekend in August to celebrate our family. While reunions can be a lot of hard work and more than a little hectic, each of us must come together to just see and be.
